Pre-order and Backorder Terms and Conditions

Payment Processing

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order. Your item will ship when it becomes available. See release date information below.

Availability

Occasionally, manufacturers will limit the amount of a product available. If this happens, we will process the online orders in the order in which they were received.

Promotional Items

From time to time, Deeko will offer a special promotional item with a pre-order. Due to limited availability, these items are only available while supplies last.

Delivery

Orders containing both pre-orders/backorders and in-stock merchandise will be held until all pre-ordered or backordered items are in stock at Deeko, after which we will ship the entire order. If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for your in-stock items.

For orders only containing pre-ordered and backordered items, they will be shipped to customers as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer and process them for fulfillment. 

Pre-order Release Dates

Deeko works tirelessly with our suppliers to ensure accurate release dates on our site. Occasionally, suppliers run into problems or issues and the release date must be changed. Sometimes dates move forward; more often they move back, and frequently they get changed more than once.

If an item is scheduled for release far in the future, the vendor may not even give us a date. In those cases we rely on the collective wisdom of our buying staff to estimate a date based on their knowledge of the industry and the vendor's history.

We guarantee that we will always post the best release date information available at the time of our posting.

Cancellation

Pre-ordered/backordered items can be cancelled up to 7 days before the shipment date listed on the product details page. If a pre-ordered/backordered item is within 7 days of the shipment date, no refunds will be processed for that item before shipment. This is due to processing and shipping times needed to fulfill these items and the time it takes for the item to be delivered to you.

If in the rare circumstance we cannot fulfill your pre-order/backorder item for any reason, your order for the pre-ordered/backordered item will be cancelled and the dollar amount for your order or item will be refunded promptly, and you will be notified via the email address on your account.

Special Items (Funko Chase, Exclusive Variants, etc)

Items with exclusive random variants (such as Funko Chase items) cannot be returned when ordered. This is because we don't know when we will receive any of these random variants shipped to us from the suppliers and manufacturers. With our generous return policy, it becomes very expensive for us to allow for customers to order large quantities of certain items in the attempt to secure these exclusive variants, only to return the non-exclusive items later.
