Pre-order and Backorder Terms and Conditions
Payment ProcessingYour credit card will be charged at the time your order. Your item will ship when it becomes available. See release date information below.
AvailabilityOccasionally, manufacturers will limit the amount of a product available. If this happens, we will process the online orders in the order in which they were received.
Promotional ItemsFrom time to time, Deeko will offer a special promotional item with a pre-order. Due to limited availability, these items are only available while supplies last.
DeliveryIn some cases, orders containing both pre-orders/backorders and in-stock merchandise will be broken into separate shipping groups. Each group will be shipped as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Handling charges will apply to each shipping group independently.
Pre-order Release DatesDeeko works tirelessly with our suppliers to ensure accurate release dates on our site. Occasionally, suppliers run into problems or issues and the release date must be changed. Sometimes dates move forward; more often they move back, and frequently they get changed more than once.
If an item is scheduled for release far in the future, the vendor may not even give us a date. In those cases we rely on the collective wisdom of our buying staff to estimate a date based on their knowledge of the industry and the vendor's history.
We guarantee that we will always post the best release date information available at the time of our posting.
CancellationPre-ordered/backordered items can be cancelled up to 7 days before the shipment date listed on the product details page. If a pre-ordered/backordered item is within 7 days of the shipment date, no refunds will be processed for that item before shipment. This is due to processing and shipping times needed to fulfill these items and the time it takes for the item to be delivered to you. Once you receive the item, it can then be returned using our product returns process.
If in the rare circumstance we cannot fulfill your pre-order/backorder item for any reason, your order for the pre-ordered/backordered item will be cancelled and the dollar amount for your order or item will be refunded promptly, and you will be notified via the email address on your account.
